Process and Shipping
All our replicas are made to order, each piece needs about 7-10 days from ordering to finish to reach to museum quality. After painting gets done, we will email you the photo of replicas you ordered, if we don't get your reply in 3 days, we will assume you accept the painting and ship it. If you have any issues with the painting, you can simply email back with your instructions, our artists will revise till you're full happy with it.
Once you accept the painting photo, then plus 1-2 days for drying, we will ship the painting to you by FedEx, it usually takes about 5-7 business days to deliver globally, no matter which country you're in.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges, including import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Damaged Paintings and Lost Packages
For all damaged paintings and lost packages, we will repaint and ship the new piece to you without any extra costs. If you have any problems, please kindly contact rexpainting@hotmail.com.
